  • Harvesting Handling for 7 generations, the vineyard of Champagne Guy de Chassey is located in the communes of Louvois and Bouzy classified as Grand Cru and Valeurières Mutry classified as 1er Cru.

    For 2 generations, women have practiced reasoned viticulture, respectful of the environment and vinified in the purest of Champagne traditions. We still work with a traditional wooden press and all the riddling is done by hand.
