Vinaigrerie d'Hautvillers - Les Enfants de Bacchus

The Vinaigrerie "Les Enfants de Bacchus" is located in the village of Hautvillers, 38km from Châlons-en-Champagne.

This family business was founded in 2021 by four brothers and sisters from Hautvillers. They realized during a meal that an essential product was missing in their wine region: an artisanal vinegar made from local wines.

They decided to launch their production of high-end vinegar. They apply the dynamic method, which is more respectful of the environment. The vinegar is then filtered, then aged in oak barrels for at least one year, in order to develop its full aromatic bouquet.

Today, they produce several varieties of refined vinegars such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and even an amber beer vinegar.

The vinegar factory's products are prized for their finesse and delicate aromas, often used by chefs and gastronomes to enhance their dishes.
