Valérie & Gaël cultivate 5 hectares of vines in ten different villages from the North to the South of the Marne. Winegrowers and farmers committed to the path of agroecology, they have developed their methods towards better respect for the natural environment, in particular soil life and biodiversity.
They are now certified “High Environmental Value” and “Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne”. Since 2020, they are officially in conversion to organic farming.
