  • The Champagne region welcomes prestigious young chefs for an exceptional lunch, with champagne dishes. The whole thing is sprinkled with a nice challenge: the chefs are going to cook without using electricity, in the middle of nature, in the heart of the vineyard!

    - Grégory Doucey, In Fine in Frontignan
    - Nicolas Durif, l'Hysope*...
