La Belle Prise

La Belle Prise located on the ground floor is accessed by its own door which leads you into the comfortable living/dining room furnished with a wraparound double sofa, a sideboard, a dining table and side tables. A French window with electric shutters makes the room bright and the light fixtures enhance the cosy atmosphere.

Wifi, an internet point and a 43” LG LED 4K multi-channel flat screen television and board games are there for your enjoyment. There is reversible air conditioning in the main room and in each bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with an electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, hand blender and even a washer/dryer for your clothes. All the cutlery, crockery and many other equipment you will need are provided.

The master bedroom has a large window overlooking the street with an electric shutter. Maximum comfort is provided with a queen size bed and a mattress with five support zones, sumptuous pillows in two different sizes and a cozy duvet for a restful sleep.

On each side of the bed there is a bedside table with a lamp and a USB type A and C socket for your laptops.

A hairdryer is available in each room. A wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, as well as a chest of drawers for storing your clothes. The adjoining shower room includes a modern toilet, a walk-in shower with screen, a sink on a unit and a heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has two beds of the same quality which can be joined if a queen size bed is desired, by prior request, always with the cozy pillows and duvets. There is a skylight and a built-in wardrobe around the bed with two separate hanging rails and shelves, as well as a chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps and a USB type A and C socket for charging your mobile phones. The en-suite shower room has a modern toilet, a walk-in shower with screen, a stylish sink and a heated towel rail.

La Belle Prise is child-friendly. A fold-up baby bath for easy washing in the shower, a high chair and a cot can be provided on request. As each baby has different needs, please bring your own bedding for the cot.

We love taking our dogs on holiday with us and understand that they are part of the family, so up to two clean and well-behaved dogs are welcome in this apartment at an additional cost of €15 each per night.
