Éric and Dolorès welcome you to an atypical Champagne farm to share with you flavors, traditions and conviviality.
The Châtel farm is located on the estate of the Aulnay l'Aître Castle, built in the 18th century. The castle became a farm in 1933 when Olivier Scieur, farmer on the castle and grandfather of the current owner, bought it.

Theme days with animated meals and visits to their operation certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Tourism are also offered at different times of the year.

The shop, open every Friday afternoon and every Saturday, offers you a wide choice of rigorously selected regional products and tasty farm products made on site in the kitchens to CE standards from the breeding of pigs on straw fed with cereals from the farm: meats, charcuterie, jars and ready meals, etc....
