Champagne Famille Collet is located in the small village of Fontaine-Denis, nestled in the heart of the Côte de Sézanne.
Champagne Famille Collet is a story that began in 1744. Florent and Thomas continue the work initiated by their elders with a shared commitment: to produce a champagne that respects nature and is faithful to its terroir.
On their 6 hectares of vines, they practice responsible viticulture, respecting all living things. They use only copper and sulfur to combat vine diseases, they enhance biodiversity with hedges and life islands, and they deliberately limit yields so that each plot fully expresses its character.
The work continues in the cellar, where the wines are patiently aged in foudres, demi-muids, or barrels. Long aging periods, careful and precise dosages, and a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the hallmarks of Champagne Famille Collet's vintages.
