Independent Vignerons for many generations, the family is located in Billy-Le-Grand, a small village classfied "premier cru" located on the south-eastern slope of the Montagne de Reims, just 22km far from Chalons-en-Champagne. Beatrice and Eric exploit the vineyard in a constant effort to improve quality and respect the environment (HVE Certified vineyard: High Environmental Value). During your visit, you will discover the modern production site and all the stages of champagne production. If you wish, a visit to the vineyards can be organized with our golf cart, called Galipette. You will better understand the work of viticulture and all that has to be done throughout the year to produce our different cuvées that you can discover during the tasting.
